Lots of electrical items are all too often discarded because of minor cosmetic imperfections, even if they are in perfect working order.

Grade B Clearance category offers Grade B Refurbished telephones and electrical products at an extra discounted price.

Products sold in the Clearance Outlet are "Grade B" stock, this means that items are guaranteed to be in working order but will have some signs of usage, such as small scuff marks and light scratches. They will normally come in original picture boxes, but may come in recycled boxes.

They will NOT have great big chunks knocked out of them or look like they have been battered nonstop for two years! Most of the visible usage will only be noticeable under inspection with a light. Don't be scared - these items look the same as if you used them for a few weeks at home and are sold in working condition.

Refurbished Telephones are an environmentally friendly solution to the waste we often encounter in life. Rather than throw away or granularise prefectly good telephones we subject them to the highest levels of testing and refurbish them to a Grade B status and pass on the savings to you.

All products in the Clearance Outlet are sold with a 90 Day Warranty. If during this period, Telephones Online is notified of any fault in any product, due to either faulty design or a defect in manufacturing or materials, Telephones Online will replace or repair the product, depending upon the nature of the fault. Telephones Online may also, at its own discretion, refund the purchase price of the faulty product.
A copy of the purchase invoice (Proof of Purchase) must accompany any returned product.

Telephones Online must be notified of the faulty product prior to it being returned to Telephones Online. The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed by Telephones Online.

The warranty does not cover accidental or wilful damage.

Consumables (ink cartridges, handset batteries, tapes etc) are not covered by the warranty after a period of 28 days from the date of delivery.
