How to Order

You can order on-line or if you prefer a human call us free on 0800 652 4949 to order over the phone.

On-line ordering is done by clicking the button on the products pages to place the item in your shopping basket.

You will notice next to each buy button is a quantity box . The default quantity is 1, if you want more than 1 then click inside the box, delete the 1 and enter the number of items you require then press the update button.

You may check, amend and delete items from your cart at any time by selecting 'View Order’ from the navigation bar or product pages.

When you are ready to place your order you should click on 'Checkout' from the menu on the top of the page. Your order will be displayed along with product descriptions, quantities and prices, carriage cost and the order total. You will need to complete the form with your delivery details and credit card information (see security for more information). If you are unhappy about entering your credit card number over the Internet, you can select the option for us to call you back for your credit card number when completing the order form.

Finally to send us the order just press the ‘Complete order' button where the order and personal details are encrypted and sent to a secure server. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order if you have supplied us with an e-mail address.

Alternatively print the form out and fax it to us on 0800 652 4950 or send it to us with a cheque or postal order.

Cheques & Postal Orders
You may pay for your goods by personal cheque or postal order in Pounds Sterling.

  • Item ordered
  • Invoice Number (if applicable)

  • Your cheque card number (on back of cheque)

Please note:

Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of cheque provided that all details have been verified, using the Transax Authorisation System.
