Returns

If you change your mind and you wish to return the item, you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost in the original packaging, with all accessories and in an unused condition. Some items (CD's, DVD's and computer software)cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty items

If your item develops a fault please notify us at cs@telephonesonline.co.uk

If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to the Telephones Online team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If the fault develops after 28 days but within the 12 month warranty period please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Telephones Online team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
