Bought two Bluray players on special offer for my B'n'B. They were delivered free the next day (oh how I wish computer component retailers were as efficient). Unforunately one was defective with a video output that died within seconds of switch on. A phone call to customer services and a replacement was on it’s way which again arrived the next day and the delivery courier picked up the defective unit. I just can’t praise Telephones Online enough for such brilliant service - I couldn’t have imagined better!

I got your voice mail and I cant find the words to appreciate the amount of effort u put into solving my issue. I wish some other companies could also learn from you how to provide the best service to people in such situations. Wish....as right now im having to deal with another company that would just not show any empathy at all. Had to write and thank you for my speedy delivery, parcelforce delivered today in atrocious conditions.we have got really bad snow and i didn't expect my delivery. The parcelforce guy left his van on the main road and walked some distance on ice and snow, well done parcelforce eh,thanks again and happy christmas-will certainly use telephones online again,

The service was great and the delivery was fast. The mp3 player was in great condition and although it was stated that the mp3 was 8gb i recieved a 16gb. So good value for money and top quality, i recommend this to anyone.

I ordered my phone on Monday lunchtime; you had identified a credit card mistake in time for me to correct it and you to place the order Monday before 4pm. The phone arrived at the house the next day at 9:30 - unfortunately I was already at work - but from work I used the city link number to track the parcel and arrange to collect it on the way home - the phone is now plugged in and working - thanks from a surprised but satisfied customer

Replacement handset (to replace faulty one) was received by me at 07:30am this morning!! Thanks very much for what is truly remarkable service. Everything is now working perfectly, and the faulty handset is on it's way back to you as we speak.
