Motorola, sometimes a sleeping giant amongst mobile phone manufacturers has swumg back into play with the Moto G6 Play.
Although this is the most basic ( cheap ) model in the G6 range of smartphones it has a good battery life ( increasingly a massive factor for consideration when it comes to choosing a phone ).
The battery itself is 4000mh which should get even a heavy user through an entire day of use.
Storage is ample at 32GB and expandable via a SD card.
RAM is a standard 3GB which should support a high level of usage as long as background tasks are kept to a minimum.
moto g⁶ play sports a 3D glass back packed with light-reflecting particles, so it looks great from every angle. Best of all, a water-repellent coating helps protect the phone from accidental splashes or light rain.
The MOtorola G6 Play has a large 5’7” screen with a ( non HD ) resolution of 720 * 1440.
In order to produce a cheaper smartphone, Motorola has supplied the G6 Play with a plastic backing, rather than the Gorilla Glass of the higher end models, and as mentioned reduced the resolution. The Snapdragon 430 processor is fast and reliable and for a cheaper smartphone.
The main camera ( or if you are a teenage girl the one you don’t use ) is a vibrant 13 megapixels and we found works well in many conditions. The front facing ( selfie ) camera has 5 MP with LED flash and includes beautification mode, which smoothes skin and reduces blemishes and wrinkles.
